- To ensure SHEQ Excellence through implementation of comprehensive HSE strategies.
- To achieve social licence for the organisation to attain world class standards.
- To ensure employee wellness, through implementation of robust wellness programmes.
- To achieve a 25% reduction in incidents of 2023 incidents by December 2024.
- To work towards achieving Initiative Responsible Mining Assurance (IRMA) certification.
- To develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive wellness program for all employees by 31 December 2024.
