A healthy community is a healthy nation and with this philosophy, we are undertaking a lot of health and sanitation initiatives in the communities we are operating.

 We rehabilitated the ZCDC Medical Centre which caters for the local community, ZCDC employees and most parts of Marange and Buhera communities and the consultation and medication is free of charge.  We also facilitate doctors and physiotherapists’ weekly visits and other specialists like dentists’ visit, once a month at the Health Centre
