- The fixed plant function of engineering ensures availability of fixed processing plants. This involves maintenance and service functions for the mining operations.
Power
- Power reticulation for the operations includes both national grid electricity and well as diesel generator power
Water
- Water is a critical resource in diamond operations particularly in the processing activities. ZCDC operations draws water from Odzi and Save rivers through approval from ZINWA. Water is recycled to minimise uptake of fresh water in operations
